Matías, a boy with black hair as dark as night and eyes shining like summer crickets, loved turtles. He dreamed of having one as a pet. One sunny day in the park, something caught his attention - a small turtle! Matías picked it up excitedly and named her Tortu. They became inseparable friends, embarking on incredible adventures and discovering marvelous places together. One weekend, they decided to visit the sea. Tortu was enchanted by the waves and colors of the ocean. But despite their wonderful time at the beach, Matías still longed to experience another place: snow. So they planned a trip to the south where they could enjoy white snow. Arriving at the snowy mountains, both were fascinated by this different landscape from that of the sea. Matías built a snowman while Tortu played around, sliding on her shell across the snow. However, during their fun in the mountains, a heavy snowstorm began to fall. Seeking shelter in a nearby cabin, they waited out the storm until morning when they woke up to a beautiful white landscape glistening under the sun"s rays - perfect for playing in the snow! They made snow angels, threw snowballs at each other, and built an igloo for warmth. After spending all day playing in the snow, Matías looked at Tortu with affection and thanked her for being his friend even though they were different; they always found ways to have fun together. Understanding his words somehow, Tortu nodded her head up and down. They knew that no matter how different they were from each other or anyone else, what mattered most was their love and friendship. From that day forward, Matías knew he had a special friend in Tortu. Together they continued exploring the world - enjoying every new landscape they encountered because with a great friend like Tortu by your side there is always something magical waiting to be discovered. In every corner of the planet, there is something extraordinary to be found - all it takes is a wonderful friend like Tortu to make it possible.

Manu, a five-year-old boy with curly hair, has a great passion for pumpkins and Halloween. One day, while walking in the park near his house, Manu found a small pumpkin seed on the ground. Without hesitation, he decided to take it home and plant it in his garden. With great care, Manu prepared the soil and placed the seed in its new home. He watered it every day, watching as a green stem with large shiny leaves grew. Manu was thrilled because he knew he would soon have his own pumpkin. Weeks passed and the plant continued to grow rapidly. Until finally, the long-awaited moment arrived: the first flower! Manu couldn"t contain his excitement when he saw that beautiful bright yellow flower. "Mom, Dad! My pumpkin plant has bloomed! " exclaimed Manu excitedly. His parents smiled proudly at how happy their son was with something as simple as a plant. Together they admired the beauty of the flower and began to imagine what it would be like when it finally had a mature pumpkin. But one day, while checking on his plant as he usually did every morning, Manu noticed something strange. A leaf had been nibbled by an unknown creature. "Oh no, my plant is in danger! " exclaimed Manu worriedly. Determined to protect his beloved plant, Manu began researching pests and ways to keep them away. He discovered that pumpkins are very appetizing for insects and birds but also learned that there were natural methods to care for them. Manu got to work and placed a protective mesh around his plant. He also sprayed a homemade mixture of water and soap to keep harmful insects away. Every day he checked his plant, removing any pests he found. Time passed and the plant continued to grow stronger and healthier thanks to Manu"s constant care. Until finally, the much-anticipated day arrived: the first pumpkin! Manu was overjoyed. The pumpkin was big and round, perfect for decorating his house on Halloween. Carefully, with the help of his parents, he cut the pumpkin from the stem. Then, using a large spoon, they scooped out all the seeds from inside. Manu decided to save some seeds to plant later and invited his neighborhood friends to carve it together. On Halloween night, Manu lit up his pumpkin with a candle inside and placed it on the main porch of his house. The neighbors were amazed by the beautiful work done by such a young child. The story quickly spread throughout the neighborhood, and many children came to see Manu"s incredible pumpkin. He told them about his experience planting and caring for the plant and how he had learned to protect it from pests. The children were inspired by Manu"s determination and love that he had put into his project. Some even asked him for advice on caring for their own plants. Manu felt happy knowing that he had motivated others to be interested in nature and learn new things. From that day on, Manu became the neighborhood expert in pumpkin cultivation. And so, thanks to a small seed, a boy named Manu discovered his passion for plants and taught others about the importance of care and perseverance. Since then, every Halloween, his house was always decorated with beautiful pumpkins grown with love and dedication
