El jardín de las emociones
The Garden of Emotions
Once upon a time, there was a group of children named Martín, Sofía, and Lucas who lived in a small village surrounded by beautiful gardens. One day, while walking in the park, they discovered a hidden path behind some bushes.
Intrigued, they decided to venture and follow the path until they reached a magical garden. It was a wonderful place full of bright plants and flowers. But the most surprising thing was that each plant represented a different emotion.
The boy named Martín approached the first plant and saw a very sad flower. "Why are you so sad?" asked Martín curiously. The plant replied in a soft voice: "I am sad because no one waters me or takes care of me."
Martín felt compassionate and quickly grabbed the nearby watering can to water it. As the water touched the roots of the plant, it began to rise and its leaves took on a more vibrant tone.
"-¡Estoy furiosa! ", gritaba la planta. Sofía le preguntó: "-¿Por qué estás tan enfadada? "La planta explicó: "-Me siento ignorada y no puedo controlar mi rabia".
Sofía approached another plant that seemed to be full of anger. "I am furious!" the plant shouted. Sofía asked, "Why are you so angry?" The plant explained: "I feel ignored and I cannot control my anger."
Sofía understood how the plant felt and tried to calm it by speaking to it gently. Slowly, the plant's anger decreased and its leaves returned to a healthy green color. Finally, Lucas found a plant full of joy.
7"-¡Estoy tan feliz!
"I am so happy!" the plant exclaimed. Lucas smiled and asked, "Why are you so happy?" The plant replied: "I feel loved and cared for by everyone around me."
Lucas also felt happy upon hearing this and decided to spend more time in the garden to make sure all the plants received love and attention. As the children explored the garden, they discovered many other plants with different emotions such as fear, surprise, calmness, and sadness.
They learned to recognize each emotion and how to handle it properly. After some time, the children realized that they were not only helping the plants grow and bloom, but they were also learning about their own emotions.
They began to apply what they had learned in their daily lives, expressing their feelings in a healthy and understanding way. The Garden of Emotions became their favorite place to visit.
Every time they went there, they discovered new emotions and learned something new about themselves. Over time, the children shared what they had learned with other friends in the village. The magical garden became a place where everyone could learn to understand and manage their emotions together.
And so it was how Martín, Sofía, and Lucas discovered the importance of taking care of our emotions as if they were precious flowers in a beautiful garden.
